We did an initial blood screening yesterday and found out from the results today that his jaundice levels were pretty high. Kaiser express shipped us a biliblanket to use on Daren, which is basically a flat layer of UV lights that gets strapped to his body throughout the day.
It’s a little weird to see the glow of blue light emitting from his back during the night – kinda looks like something out the movie TRON. Hopefully things will return to normal soon…
