Today we all went outside to do some sidewalk chalk drawings on our driveway!
The kids have been loving using the sidewalk chalk we bought a couple weeks back. It’s a a great excuse to take a break and go outside for some fresh air!
It goes well for the most part, although lately Daren has been starting to get frustrated with his own drawings. He often crosses out unfinished drawings once it doesn’t turn out the way he wants. It’s really hard to see him get angry with himself.
We’re trying our best to keep encouraging his creativity, and that it’s ok that sometimes things don’t turn out perfect. Just keep trying!
They made a pretty impressive chalk road for all the cars to drive on!
