Another Thanksgiving, another day to gorge on excessive amounts of delicious fatty foods.
After an epic night of fabulous fun with friends and family (and a healthy dose of food coma), we were sure that we’d have to take a break from touching any more turkey… that is, until we were hungry the next morning! We ended up raiding the kitchen and creating a delectable turkey omlette with shredded cheese and spinach for breakfast.
Having some leftover turkey isn’t too bad at all 🙂
