It’s July 4th weekend and time for a BBQ with the Chan family!
Bunny and I woke up super early in the morning and drove out to Beresford park in San Mateo to claim a first-come first-served BBQ pit area. Luckily, we were the first (and only) group to show up in the morning, haha. Well, maybe the fact it was July 3rd and not the 4th made a difference… lol.
Anyways, the weather was perfect and the food was even better! Chicken wings, Hamburgers, Hot dogs, Tri-tip, Korean ribs, grilled corn, vegi skewers and fruit salad. Yum! Thanks to all the Chan Family members that pitched in and made this a great event! Although next time we should remember to put sunblock on the list 🙂
