Last time in Ba-chan’s apartment

Today was a sad day as we moved the last of Ba-chan’s furniture out of her old apartment.

This apartment has been a huge part of my life ever since I was born, and I will greatly miss it. It’s saddens me deeply to think of visiting Japantown knowing that we will no longer spend time here.

However, I’m glad that Daren and Jordan were able to visit this place often while ba-chan was here. Although they won’t remember it when they are older, It makes me happy to know that they loved playing here as much as my brother and I did when we were that age.

I miss you a lot ba-chan, and I hope you are having fun wherever you are 🙂
