Random thought: As I was getting a haircut today, I thought to myself I really should be trying my best to capture the daily moments in our lives no matter how mundane they might seem. (Kind of a weird thing to think about while sitting in a haircutter’s chair, I know).
Nonetheless, i’m certain that there will come a time in the future where someone will want to look back and remember all the things that were going on during this time period, and be really sad if nothing was there. (ok, I admit it, I would really be sad if this happened)
So… today is the day that I have decided that I will make a concerted effort to restart this blog. As of this moment, the last post that was created prior to this one was dated March 5, 2019 Sachiko and Miu visit SF. Just for reference, today is March 10, 2020, so almost 1 year of laziness has past by. Unacceptable.
From this point forward <said in a mighty game-of-thrones tone>, I will do my best to add as many posts to fill in the blanks for the lost year. My hope, is that by the time someone is reading this, that they would be honestly surprised that there was previously a significant amount of lag between posts.
Ok, that’s it! I seriously have a lot of catching up to do!
