– bunny patiently waiting for me to get ready in the morning, to leave the office in the evening, and to plan our wedding.

– me accompanying bunny to eat his favorite food (any type of noodles) multiple times a week.

– bunny saying that my home cooked meals are always delicious – when at times, the green beans were undercooked, noodles were gummy, and my vegetable soup tasted like celery water.

– me giving bunny back scratches until I’m half asleep.

– putting all of our time and energy into making our home comfy and beautiful for each other.

– bunny surprising me the day before Valentine’s Day with a wonderful cook book I’ve been secretly wanting!

This is just to name a few, but we do so many things every day that show how much we love each other.  This afternoon, there was an unexpected gift waiting for me on the dining table and when I opened it, it was the Ad Hoc cook book.  I went to give bunny a hug and I got really choked up inside (he is not aware of this because I brushed it off and ran off to look through the book instead).  I got choked up because even after being together for 3 years, he still manages to surprise me in the most thoughtful ways.  I truly am so happy and lucky to have the most amazing bunny.  Happy Valentine’s Day!! <3

(Oh and of course, after writing this post, bunny surprised me again and cooked my favorite meal – tomato soup and grilled cheese with a side of olives, prosciutto, and chips!)  <3 <3 <3
